Reaching black belt is a major achievement, helping
others achieve this grade can be just as rewarding.
All our black belt students are given the opportunity to take part in
teacher training courses, and are given practical experience by assisting
a qualified teacher in one of Matsuri's classes.

Emergency First Aid
Break Falls
Safe & Effective Warm Up / Stretching
